About NxtConnect
We help established firms — law firms, agencies, market research, real estate, SaaS, and professional services — modernize their customer-facing operations with AI. Our 4-stage engagement model (Audit · Build · Automate · Embed) covers everything from diagnostic strategy to implementation to adoption. We don't ship and leave.
Primary clients are established firms with real data, real client relationships, and complexity that off-the-shelf AI can't handle. We also serve solopreneurs and SMBs through our products (Relate, CS Hub, Amplicast), and SaaS companies who want to scale customer-facing operations.
Services are how we engage: Audit (the diagnostic), Build (custom AI implementation), Automate (workflow + system automation), Embed (adoption + enablement). Products are tools we built — Relate, ProjectOS, Amplicast, CS Hub. You can buy products direct, or engage us to deploy them into your stack alongside custom work as part of a service engagement.

Services & Engagements
An Audit is a 2–4 week fixed-scope diagnostic. We map your customer-facing workflows, inventory your tools and data, identify AI capability gaps, and produce a 90-day prioritized roadmap. Most engagements start here. Many clients only need this stage — and that's fine.
6–16 weeks depending on scope. Custom AI applications take longer than spinning up our pre-built systems. Either way, we deploy into production, not demo environments — with security, integration, and documentation handled properly.
That's where Embed comes in. We stay close for 3–6 months: weekly check-ins, role-specific training, living documentation, adoption metrics, iterative refinement. This is the work most agencies skip — and it's why our work doesn't get ripped out at the next leadership change.
For custom builds: yes, you own the full source code. For our shipped products (Relate, ProjectOS, Amplicast, CS Hub) deployed into your environment: licensed deployment, not full source transfer — same as any commercial software.
Yes — we're often the AI implementation layer alongside an existing engineering team. We integrate with your processes, hand over thoroughly, and stay available for the months it takes for new tools to become how your team works.
Products & Pre-built Systems
Four sellable products today: Relate (AI relationship CRM for solopreneurs/SMBs/creators), ProjectOS (enterprise OS for market research firms), Amplicast (content creation & publication engine, at amplicast.io), and CS Hub (customer success for SMBs). Two more are in development.
Yes. Relate has direct signup at app.nxtconnect.ai. Amplicast at amplicast.io. ProjectOS and CS Hub require an onboarding conversation because they connect deep into your data. Many clients use products direct first, then engage us for custom work later.
Newsletter + subscriber engine, automated content engine, AI BDR agent, meeting tool (cross-calendar with AI agents), proposal creation & management, lead management, content management, GEO/AEO brand-visibility tooling. These deploy faster than custom builds, with the same quality bar.
Security & Compliance
Enterprise-grade by default: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), SOC 2 Type II patterns, role-based access control with audit trails, secure key management. Self-hosted, cloud, or hybrid deployment available depending on your requirements.
Yes. We follow GDPR-aware data handling patterns: data residency options for European clients, standard contractual clauses for international transfers, data processing agreements, and rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability.
Yes. We work with law firms (privilege boundaries, audit trails), and have patterns for financial services and healthcare. Self-hosted deployment is available where required. Compliance documentation is part of every Build engagement.
No. Client data is never sold or shared. We use it only to deliver the engagement. AI processing happens on secure infrastructure; we don't use client data to train general-purpose AI models shared with other users.
Pricing & Working Together
Audit: fixed-scope engagement, 2–4 weeks. Build & Automate: project-based, scoped per engagement. Embed: retained engagement, 3–6 months typical. We send a real proposal after a 30-minute scoping call — no surprises, no hidden T&C.
Relate has tiered pricing for solopreneurs / SMB relationship managers / creators (Free, Starter $14.99/mo, Pro $29.99/mo). ProjectOS is custom enterprise pricing because it requires onboarding and integration. CS Hub is in early access — talk to us. Amplicast pricing is at amplicast.io.
No. We turn down engagements where we don't think we can deliver well, or where the fit isn't right. If we're not the right partner, we'll often point you somewhere better. An honest fit-check is part of every initial call — for both sides.
