We started by building a modern CRM for ourselves — one that pulled contacts from phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and lead lists, then cleaned, structured and deduplicated all of it, so we could simply talk to our own data and put workflows on top. Our first clients didn't want a CRM. They wanted that same layer on their own scattered systems.

RelateAI: the CRM that fills itself.
It connected our contact data from phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and lead lists, enriched and deduplicated it, and let us simply talk to it. "Write an email to this contact." "Enrich this new client." Workflows in the background kept the data clean and lined up the next actions.
The product taught us the pattern: connect everything, make sense of it, act on it.
02 · THEN FOR A GLOBAL RESEARCH FIRM

SIS International Research wanted exactly that — decades of studies, proposals and surveys on its own Google Cloud, connected to Exchange, Qualtrics, WordPress and its CRM: connected, governed and put to work — 20 TB+ and 146k+ documents, part of a $700M+ data estate.
It became the first proof that the layer works for a whole business, not just contacts.
